Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Customers will receive their desired product within 2 to 5 days of placing an order.
• Delivery charges for orders within Dhaka are 80 BDT, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 days.
• For orders outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is 150 BDT, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 days.
• Delivery charges may vary based on product size and quantity and can exceed the fixed amount.
• Customers are not required to pay any money before receiving the product for COD

ডেলিভারি পলিসি

• ক্রেতারা তাদের পছন্দের পণ্য অর্ডার করার ২ থেকে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে পেয়ে যাবেন।

• ঢাকার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৮০ টাকা, এবং আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময় ২ থেকে ৩ দিন।

• ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা, এবং আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময় ২ থেকে ৫ দিন।

• পণ্যের আকার এবং পরিমাণ অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাড়তে পারে এবং নির্ধারিত পরিমাণের বেশি হতে পারে।

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির জন্য পণ্য গ্রহণের আগে ক্রেতাদের কোনো অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে না।

Returns and Refunds Policy

• Upon receiving the product, customers must check for any defects immediately. If a defect is found, the product must be returned instantly to the delivery person. Returns for defective items will not be accepted once the delivery person has left.
• For fitting issues, customers can return the product within 48 hours. However, they will need to pay the delivery charge for the replacement product.
• For defective products, customers are not required to pay any additional charges for returns or replacements.

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি

• পণ্য পাওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ক্রেতাদের পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করতে হবে। যদি কোনো ত্রুটি পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে তা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে ফেরত দিতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না।

• যদি পোশাকের ফিটিং সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যা থাকে, তবে ক্রেতারা ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। তবে, পরিবর্তিত পণ্যের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।

• ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, ক্রেতাদের কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে না।

During customer registration and order placement, we generally store basic customer information (such as name, mobile number, email, address, etc.) in our own database.
